The miners Cafe is fun! Wonderfully decorated with tidbits of the local history. This is one of our favorite places for breakfast. They make some killer omelets.
What an amazing find. Great breakfast, plentiful food. Cute gift corner of local artists. Decorated in a fun, historic manner. Loved eating here. Everyone in town recommended this restaurant for breakfast or lunch.. Now I know why.
Last time there it was moderately busy. Had been there before and the same. Food was good as well as service, but second time in we sat down and waited to at least have a hello and menus. She kept looking at us passing us by. As we sat, 2 other tables filled as we sat and she waited on them as we still sat unacknowledged, but looked at in passing. We felt because we were out of towners and the others seemed to be locals that we were ignored. Her waiting on the tables that filled after we had been sitting that long was the last straw and we got up and left. We will never go back.
Wonderful place. Good food and a good place to enjoy. Great biscuits and gravy. Nice little shop too. The wife and I both enjoyed our food here.
