Disappointing work, no follow through either. Took care of Aunt and Uncle. Made him fix the way uncle looked. Bodies look bad compared to some other local funeral homes that I have seen. Just one example of the issues we had was we said we wanted the obituary to say “In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society.” We made a point that we use this terminology in the obituary and not “In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy…” as uncle was Catholic and we wanted Masses and lunch food to be donated, as these things were important to count on others for, but my Aunt lived in a small apartment and had no room for a lot of flowers. Got the paper the next day and it said “In Lieu of other expressions of sympathy…” as we asked that it wouldn’t. Very little lunch food was donated and no masses.
